Between 9-11 September 2022 happened in Modena, Italy, the first meeting of the approval Creative Europe project PANG - Performative arts for the next generation. It was a 3 days encounter with both project Managers and Art directors of each country involved in the project and during this tree days there was several discussing around the topic of the project, how it will work out, what kind of common grounds were achieve and discover and mainly how it will develop during the time table set.
Pang - project its focused to engage youngsters into the creative process and lead then to reflect about the end of the world and how could we changed thought art. This was a big them discussed during the kick off Meeting and in according to Isadora, leader artist form Dram Teatro, it was important to reflect about what kind of teens are we working on, and how we see then in each of us. So it was mutual, the necessity to create a line of thinking between of partners and in this line of research a few words came up to be meaningful for the project such as: Courage, Imagination, Balance, Emptiness, Connection, Disconnection, Identity, and Fragility.
The discussion went further on the analyzes of each one of these words and it’s socio-cultural implications. The most present topic was the pandemic and the fragility of the future’s perception.
Another important issue that all the partners perceived working with teenagers is the lack of attention and the abuse of social media, specially the smartphone (but that’s actually related to the parent’s addiction to the same tools). These things lead to the effort in the communication within teenagers, the absence of the body language, the inability to relate to others in public spaces or in schools.
During the meeting the Outcome of Let's Revolution! a project by Teatro Patalò with the support of Santarcangelo Festival and the Municipality of Santarcangelo di Romagna was presented. untitled with the name "A Spark. Very minute fragment of incandescent matter",
